THE JOB: Manager, Provincial PCN Initiative

The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.

Starting Salary Range: $92,077 - $115,096

Reporting to the Director, Partnerships & Collaboration, the Manager will provide strategic and operational direction and guidance and issues management support related to planning and implementing Primary Care Networks. Additionally, the Manager will lead the development and coordination of information, tools and structures in alignment with the FPSC Primary Care Network Knowledge Exchange Strategy. The Manager will be responsible to guide the work of their team, fostering strong working relationships with the Ministry of Health primary care implementation, policy and finance teams. The Manager will also work closely with FPSC colleagues related to programs and initiatives that intersect with Primary Care Networks.
