About the RoleWe are looking for a Manager, Product Management to lead a subset of the Sales Engagement (Groove) product line within Clari - Workflow Automation, Actions, and Productivity. You will be managing Product Managers and define how your team will cover these product areas. You will be directly responsible for a majority of the user-facing surface area of the Sales Engagement aspect of Clari which impacts sales rep end users and how they do their jobs everyday. This strategic role requires a blend of leadership/management, leading from the front and deep domain expertise in GTM / Sales motions to drive development and execution of product vision and roadmap. You’ll be collaborating closely with our engineering teams. 
This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Product Managers providing guidance and leadership
• Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for a subset of the Clari Product Platform, aligning with Clari's overall business objectives and customer needs
