About the Role

Dandy is on the lookout for a visionary Design Manager to lead our dynamic product design team. This role is perfect for someone with a deep passion for user-centered design, boasting over 8+ years of experience in product design, ideally within fast-paced tech startups. Our ideal candidate has a track record of managing design teams through the complete product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, across both physical and digital touchpoints. As a leader in our product team, you'll mentor designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, operators, and dental professionals. You will not only drive the creation of products that are fostering a growing level of engagement and efficiency for both internal and external customers, but also ones that are exceptionally user-friendly and delightful.

What You'll Do

• Lead and expand the product design team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration.

• Strategize and oversee the design process, ensuring seamless integration of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs into the product development lifecycle.
