Job Summary
The ServiceNow PMO Manager role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a PMO, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects within the SHI ServiceNow delivery team. This role involves managing a team of project managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and aligning project objectives with SHI’s strategic goals. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, thrive in leading high-performing teams, create complex business solutions, design and implement project management systems, demonstrate resourcefulness in finding solutions to challenging problems, believe in craftsmanship, and possess a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
Include, but not limited to:
- Lead and manage the project management office (PMO) for SHI’s ServiceNow practice
- Develop and implement project management technology, standards, processes, and best practices
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow projects
- Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope and budget
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
- Establish and build systems and processes to enable scale
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of direct management experience leading in-person and virtual teams in a matrixed organization with competing priorities
- Minimum of 5 years of customer facing project management experience
- Bachelor's or graduate-level degree or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of technology and services models
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Unique Requirements
- Travel as needed, up to 10%
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $180,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
