THE ROLE:

The Manager of Outreach Engagement oversees the daily operations of the Community Supports Division's Outreach Engagement team (SDR Team). This role is responsible for optimizing outreach strategies, lead management, and conversion workflows to align with sales goals. The Manager will coach and develop team members, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements to drive success. Additionally, this role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales operations and a positive team culture.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop the SDR team, providing real-time coaching to enhance performance.
  • Implement outreach strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee lead distribution to ensure efficient and equitable management.
  • Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and drive goal achievement.
  • Support the team in handling objections and navigating complex scenarios.
  • Analyze outreach performance and implement corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with company objectives.
  • Provide regular reports on outreach metrics and team performance.
  • Foster a positive team culture through training and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

 

 

This is a remote position, but does come into the El Segundo office 1x per month. 

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Skills

  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Experience managing B2C sales teams in high-volume environments.
  • Expertise in implementing sales processes and workflow improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coach teams through objection handling and conversion strategies.
  • Effective resource allocation and adaptability in multi-step sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales management experience in the healthcare industry.

The expected California Pay Range for this position:$101,816—$129,813 USD Apply
