Job Summary: As the Senior Manager of Optimization at Priority you will play a critical role in optimizing our operational processes and vendor relationships through data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with Leadership, Operations, Data and Product Teams to oversee our operational KPIs and ensure vendor optimization, monitoring and oversight to support strategic initiatives.



Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Work with stakeholders across teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Product) to understand vendor performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational efficiency and costs.

  • Build and automate core platform monitoring and oversight pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data collection from multiple sources.

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, including cost analysis, process optimization, and operational forecasting.

  • Ensure data integrity by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data discrepancies across various systems.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams to improve methods and processes.

  • Monitor and improve operational KPIs, using data insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Assist in the development and documentation of operational standards, policies, and best practices.

  • Create and deliver presentations on key findings and trends to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Support automation and scalability efforts to handle increasing volumes and complexity.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience (5-8 years) in a data analyst role, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL, Python and other data analysis tools is a plus.

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or similar.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation range: $124,000 - $155,000

  • End of Year Discretionary Bonus

 Traditional Physical Requirements
