Operations Manager (Remote)

In this role, you are responsible for the overall management and performance of the travel operations including operational performance, client servicing and retention, employee management and budgetary and cost management for a team of Travel Consultants.
As an Operations Manager, you will

Review operations performance reports and provide direction to improve the performance of the operations against goals

Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager and the operational staff

Assist team efforts to move market share to BCD Travel preferred suppliers
-
Provide team feedback, coaching and development through regular meetings, annual performance reviews and coaching
-
Oversee and assist the team members in balancing priorities and managing their workload
-
Hire new employees
About you

Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry

Sabre GDS skills required
-
Prior budget and cost management experience
-
Impeccable customer service and interpersonal skills

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager Operations is between $65,000 and $85,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
