Purpose of the Position:
The Manager of Operations supports the Admissions Department by managing internal and cross-departmental operational initiatives and coordinating efforts among various stakeholders across the organization. This role is essential for supporting daily operations and enhancing efficiency within the department.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Management: Organize and lead operational initiatives within the Admissions Department ensuring timely project completion.
- Compliance / TCPA: Represent the Admissions Department in Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other compliance-oriented meetings to provide insight into the Admissions department’s operations, identify solutions, and communicate requirements back to the Admissions department.
- Department Representation: Represent the Admissions Department in cross-departmental meetings to foster informed decision-making, collaboration, and strong partnerships.
- Culture of Excellence: Develop and oversee execution of initiatives to enhance Admissions departmental culture, including team page updates, department communications, team member feedback, and meetings.
- Department Operations Communication: Coordinate and approve department communications related to operations and deployments across necessary channels.
- Operational Support: Serve as the primary contact within the operations team, optimizing, supporting, and resolving team escalations as needed.
- Business Testing: Support testing, communication, and deployments of key software within Admissions Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
