About The Role
The Sr Analytics Associate will play a pivotal part in the analytical culture of Invisible. They will be responsible for managing their internal stakeholders, in this case XYZ, driving insights and strategic decisions. Reporting into the Manager of Analytics, the Sr Analytics Associate will use data, data-related products (pipelines, models, dashboards, analyses) and an analytical approach to lead and support the needs of the business.Â

What Youâll Do
- Lead a team of infrastructure engineersÂ
- Set robust data definitions, sources of truth, and nomenclature
- Monitor data integrity and accuracyÂ
- Manage our data pipelinesÂ
- Maintain and optimize data transformation layer and data modelsÂ
- Ensure efficient data processing and resourcingÂ
- Build data pipelines between different systems (eg. ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.)Â
- Manage data permissionsÂ
- Write and enforce company-wide data policies Â

What We Need
- 6+ years of experience in a data architecture, data infrastructure, data warehousing, or analytics engineering role
- 3+ years of experience managing a team of engineers, architects,and/ or analystsÂ
- Experience with modern tech stack for analytics / BIÂ
- Ability to translate business needs to optimal data structureÂ
- Experience setting the data architecture for external systemsÂ
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in Python for data pipelines and analyticsÂ
