THE JOB: Manager, Networks
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $90,640 - $113,330
The Manager, Networks, reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, will oversee the CoP (Community of Practice) program, ensuring the alignment, strengthening, and elevation of the program. This includes developing and executing a knowledge management strategy, evaluating the CoPs, and integrating system improvements to elevate their leadership role in the health system. In partnership with the Advisors, the Manager will ensure that strategic plans, work plans, and budgets for the CoPs are developed and executed ensuring progress is tracked and reported, while driving continuous enhancements.
The Manager will lead a team of Advisors providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to drive effective implementation of the CoPs. Collaboration with the Advisors and CoP physician leadership is crucial in managing key issues related to their strategic plans and navigating opportunities within the Doctors of BC, the broader health system, and partner organizations. The Manager will also be accountable for enhancing the monthly SCC Network Call strategy, ensuring its success and ongoing improvement.
