As a Microsoft Alliance Manager, you will play a critical role in 3Cloud’s Programs and Partnerships team working with technology/industry practices, enterprise sales teams and directly with Microsoft. This involves leading executive sales alignment, program team alignment, marketing support, field and channel relationships, enablement and advancing shared Microsoft/3Cloud goals. You will help grow revenue, partner engagement, and overall adoption of 3Cloud services with Microsoft by creating and developing key relationships. We are looking for someone who has demonstrated success of managing teams who work with Microsoft sales, owned relationships with senior executives and knows how to grow the business through partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

As a Microsoft Alliance Manager you will serve as main point of contact to Microsoft Director - - VP level stakeholders and will work daily with Alliance Managers, Specialists, Sales, and Solution Architects. You will:

  • Engage the Microsoft Americas and worldwide leadership team, field sales organizations, global partner sales, and 3Cloud customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for all parties.
  • Lead joint GTM plans between Microsoft and 3Cloud sales organizations (e.g. ROB’s, pipeline development activities, Microsoft and 3rd party events etc.)
  • Manage and drive Co-Selling activities with Microsoft and 3Cloud Sellers to drive joint wins on the Azure platform.
  • Work closely with Microsoft sales leadership, Solution Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Channel Managers to co-sell 3Cloud’s solutions and services.
  • Maintain Co-Sell pipeline forecast In Partner Sales Connect including sales forecasts, competitive analysis, market trends, and territory opportunity.
