Manager - Medical Groups - Physician Service Agreements - AS General Accounting - Remote - Full Time - 8 hour - Days

Job Description:

The Manager – Medical Groups - Physician Service Agreements (Manager) functions as the primary liaison between the John Muir Health System and its affiliated medical groups. The Manager is responsible for supporting the Specialty Medical Groups (JMSMG, JMCVMG, JMHCMG) financial and reporting information, including monthly profit and loss statements, management reporting, providing financial information to external CPAs for the Specialty Medical groups. The Manager will be responsive and take direction from Director of General Accounting and work closely with the Specialty Medical Groups leadership. 

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Accounting Required or

• Bachelor's Degree Related Field Required

• Completion of CPA - Certified Public Accountant Preferred or

• Master's Degree Master of Business Administration Preferred

Experience:

• Accounting - Healthcare Environment - Preferred

• Management - Supervisory Position – Preferred

• Finance – Ambulatory Setting – Preferred

Skills:

• Analytical skills and knowledge of financial information systems is essential.

• Ability to maintain confidential information.

• Excellent physician relationship skills and proven ability to partner with physicians.

• Creates and supports a work environment that fosters teamwork and engages staff in ensuring quality care while maintaining individual accountability.

Exempt Salaried (United States of America)

Pay Range:

$138,064.00 - $207,096.00

Salary

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
Note: Positions at JMH which are exempt (not eligible for overtime) under the level of Manager are listed as hourly for compensation purposes on this posting. The work shift will contain the word ‘exempt’ on it.
