We’re looking for a Manager, Media Technology & Ad Ops. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, you’ll manage digital campaign execution within the ad server and brand safety/verification platforms, including campaign setup, placements, creatives, landing page URLs, and 3rd party partner pixels. You’ll also handle advertiser's site tags in terms of strategy, creation, and QA. Leading a team of Associates and Sr. Associates, you'll help ensure successful campaign launches. We're looking for someone with advanced Media Technology skills, the ability to collaborate in a team, and participate in complex projects and ongoing learning.  

You Will:

  • Lead the campaign implementation process from beginning to end.  

  • Guide communication between internal and external account teams and support trafficking needs by scheduling placements, ads, and creatives throughout life of campaigns and issue tags, trackers, and creative assets to media partners, ad networks, and demand side platforms. 

  • Collaborate with account teams to facilitate requests in the ad serving platform (i.e. CM360), implement tagging/pixel requests, and be the main contact for Ad Ops our teams on trafficking technology and implementation.  

  • Engage within CM360, troubleshooting digital creative, ticketing system, and quickly grasp a understanding of digital terminology, procedures, and best practices.  

  • Implement additional survey, audience measurement, verification, and other tracking components for vendors such as Adobe, Salesforce/Krux, Kantar, IAS, DoubleVerify, Crossix, in addition to creating floodlight tags to ensure conversion tracking.  

  • Help coordinate or implement vendor pixels for on-site tracking, QA campaign setup, creative, floodlight tags, and vendor pixels and troubleshoot creative, data gathering, and tracking issues. 

  • Pull ad hoc reports, screening incoming creative according to ad server specs and technical requirements documentation, coordinating the rotation of ads and escalating any technological issues to the Media Tech Sr. Manager or Associate Director.  

  • Recognize recurrent or potential issues, and know when to escalate and propose solutions.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)  

  • 2+ years’ experience  

  • Working knowledge of CM360, Viewability/DCO partners, DSPs, DMP, Tag Management, Conversion Tags and other Ad Technologies 

  • Support teams in preparing and delivering assets to media vendors  

  • Experience with time and resource management 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, and Lotus Notes 

  • Comprehensive understanding & successful application of secondary research tools. 

Additional Information:

The annual salary range for this position is $51,000-$83,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
