This position is remote, providing the candidate resides in one of the following markets: Santa Fe, NM; Denver, CO; Las Vegas, NV; Houston, TX; Dallas, TX; New York, NY; or Los Angeles, CA
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $88,870-$122,640 . Compensation is based on location and experience.
Deadline: The deadline for submitting applications for this position is February 15, 2025. Meow Wolf reserves the right to extend this deadline if needed.
Job Summary:
The Manager of Loyalty will spearhead our customer retention strategies and engagement initiatives to increase revenue per guest/account. This role requires an innovative business driver capable of enhancing revenue through strategic loyalty programs, increasing repeat visitation, and elevating the average spend per guest. The focus is on driving retention through deepening customer engagement and fandom.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine CRM strategies to optimize customer retention and increase lifetime value.
Lead the Membership & Portal Pass programs, ensuring they contribute effectively to overall revenue and retention goals.
Design and implement comprehensive loyalty programs that encourage repeat purchases and increase engagement.
Develop and execute engagement strategies that foster deeper connections with our customer base.
Track and optimize the performance of loyalty initiatives to maximize return on investment.
Key Accountabilities:
Boost revenue and retention metrics for Membership and Portal Pass initiatives.
Increase loyalty program enrollment and engagement metrics, including repeat purchase rates, average order value, and purchase frequency while reducing churn.
Enhance email engagement through improvements in open rates and click-through rates.
Grow referral rates by implementing effective referral incentives.
Elevate the lifetime value of each customer through targeted loyalty strategies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in marketing or customer engagement roles.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful CRM initiatives, season pass, membership, and/or loyalty programs.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and optimization.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience in a similar industry, such as for-profit museums, theme parks, or entertainment venues.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and scanners.

Physical ability to walk, stand, take stairs/slides/elevators, and navigate the elements during the day and night. Employee may be required to remain in a sitting or standing position for prolonged periods, and repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
