The Learning Partner, US Supply Chain, is responsible for leading a team of Operational Training Specialists and Coordinators within a specific region, consulting with business partners and cross functional leaders to assess training needs, and project manage the creation and implementation of learning and development programs. This role works closely with leaders across the business, human resources, compliance, as well Learning & Development peers on both the development, design, and implementation of training content and enablement solutions. ​

  • Lead a team of remote learning and development professionals, providing guidance, feedback, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of training programs and the continuous growth and development of the team members.

  • Develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs and curriculum to ensure the skills and performance of employees meet the organization’s requirements

  • Consult subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify the target audience’s specific skills or knowledge gaps, and define clear learning objectives

  • Collaborate with Operational partners to drive a culture of learning, assess gaps, and consult to deliver creative training solutions to support operational performance and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Facilitate training in person and online

  • Develop innovative and engaging learning programs, incorporating a variety of deliver methods such as instructor – led training, e-learning modules, micro-learning, remote and in-person.

  • Establish and utilize key performance indicators ﴾KPIs﴿ and training metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and track their impact on employee performance and productivity. Conduct regular ROI analyses to demonstrate the value of learning and development programs and make data‐driven recommendations for continuous improvement and resource allocation.

  • Advise on training programs, system conversions and enablement solutions by collaborating with Operations, SMEs, Human Resources, Compliance and other partners

  • Support the integration of learning & development initiatives with operational priorities

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, skill development, and knowledge sharing throughout the organization.

  • Stay current on developments and innovations in training and education in the industry sector so the organization’s training activities remain relevant

  • Support efforts to make learning programs accessible for a diverse workforce

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, training, learning and development, talent management, operations, operations management, or a related field

  • 3+ years direct people management experience and ability to lead a remote team

  • Experience in performance consulting in a distribution environment preferred
     

Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent leadership skills with a passion for employment engagement and developing strong culture

  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects while navigating through a matrixed organization

  • Strategic thinking, resourcefulness, and ability to ‘connect the dots’ with input from across the organization

  • Collaboration skills, developing strong partnerships and integrating the diverse perspectives of business leaders and COE (Center of Excellence) partners

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the impact of training on business performance

  • Knowledge of talent processes, succession planning and leader assessments

  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on team and projects

Salary Range*

$86,500 - 123,860

*This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
