In this role, you will:
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning solutions that support departmental and organizational goals.
- Be accountable for the development and optimization of new and existing learning programs, ensuring seamless execution and a positive participant experience (for example, GOAT Group’s Leadership Development Program and New Hire Orientation).
- Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact of learning initiatives, using participant feedback, data analysis, and reporting to refine programming for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other HR partners to connect related efforts, such as career pathing and performance management.
- Lead and manage other Learning & Development team members, providing clear direction, prioritizing workloads, and guiding team members to achieve strategic goals while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to enhance learning experiences and drive engagement.
We are looking for:
- 6-8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience in a growing or start-up environment building scalable learning experiences for diverse, global employee segments from the ground up.
- Proven experience designing and delivering live and digital learning programs for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience with leadership development programs and frameworks.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Demonstrated success with learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, e-learning tools) and digital design tools.
- Demonstrated success measuring program effectiveness and using data to drive improvements.
- Strong facilitation skills to deliver content to employees at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented approach to challenges, applying creativity to create meaningful impact.
The hiring range for this position is below, plus benefits (401K, paid time off, dental, medical, vision, disability, life insurance options). To determine starting pay within the hiring range, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, role/level, a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
