This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manager, Inclusive Stakeholder Management (ISM) & ESG* to lead our efforts in embedding sustainability and responsible business practices across our operations. Reporting to the Director of Inclusive Stakeholder Management, this individual will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive positive impact and align with our corporate goals and values.

Job Responsibilities
Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary ESG subject matter expert, driving the development and execution of ESG strategies, policies, and programs in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate across departments to establish and manage cross-functional programs aimed at advancing ESG goals and driving continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with supply chain partners and operational sites to establish environmental goals and support the adoption of sustainable practices, fostering long-term benefits for both the company and the community.
Governance & Transparency
- Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards, with a particular focus on CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosures, CDP, GRI, SASB and TCFD. Being the resident in-house expert on current and emerging regulations.
- Oversee the implementation of software solutions to streamline ESG data management and reporting processes, optimizing information flow across all project phases.
