Great Opportunity to work with ICAT for a Manager I- Operations
We will Count on you to
- Partner with leaders in Operations and Underwriting to deliver consistent and high-quality work product and results
- Develop and maintain Workflow reporting, quality management, and training/development plans.
- Oversee training and development for Operational Staff
- Support the operational rollout of business and IT Changes both big and small.
What you need to have
- Three years of experience in operations management in the financial service or similarly regulated industry
- Experience developing a team in a growing business
- Proven experience with Workflow management Quality Management plans, Workflow tracking and reporting.
- Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent education and work experience.
