Great Opportunity to work with ICAT for a Manager I- Operations

We will Count on you to

• Partner with leaders in Operations and Underwriting to deliver consistent and high-quality work product and results
• Develop and maintain Workflow reporting, quality management, and training/development plans.
• Oversee training and development for Operational Staff
• Support the operational rollout of business and IT Changes both big and small.

What you need to have

• Three years of experience in operations management in the financial service or similarly regulated industry
• Experience developing a team in a growing business
• Proven experience with Workflow management Quality Management plans, Workflow tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience.
