Essential As a Manager, Growth Creative Strategy at Ritual, you will be a key contributor to our growth marketing efforts, helping to shape creative strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Growth, you will collaborate with our internal creative team, external creative partners, and cross-functional teams to develop and refine ad concepts that resonate with our diverse audience. Your role is essential in ensuring that our creative work aligns with our brand strategy while being optimized for performance across all paid social channels.

What You'll Do

  • Creative Strategy & Development: Leverage performance data, market trends, and competitor insights to create growth strategies across all channels, with a focus on Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, and TikTok.
  • Manager Internal & External Creative Partners: Lead the creative development process with internal teams and external agencies, using cultural, customer, and performance insights to inform your work.
  • Creative Briefing: Oversee the entire creative development process, from initial conception to briefing and delivering final assets that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ad Testing & Iteration: Drive A/B testing and creative iteration to ensure a continuous learning approach, optimizing creative strategies for better performance.
  • Reporting & Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor ad performance across paid social channels and provide actionable insights to guide future creative strategies.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teams across paid social, brand marketing, and analytics to ensure that our creative strategies support our broader business goals
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, meet brand standards, and comply with all regulatory guidelines.

What You Need

  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, creative strategy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and optimizing creative for paid social channels (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics related to digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • PAY RANGE: $90,000 - 140,000
  • Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. This role is also eligible for equity + generous benefits + 401k + unlimited PTO etc - see our list of perks/ benefits below.
