Interiors - Service and Support is seeking to add a highly motivated and driven Manager, FP&A to our team. This individual contributor position is responsible for working with the Services and Support group and functional leaders to improve collaboration, achieve process improvements, and provide financial recommendations.   In this role, the candidate will contribute to the monthly forecast, annual operating plan, and strategic financial business plan. Opportunities for exposure and presentations to leadership will occur regularly. This is an individual contributor role.

This position can be worked remotely within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting activities
  • Assist with forecast & plan presentations to Interiors executive leadership.
  • Drive efficiencies through process improvements and develop robust reporting.
  • Support Operations & Supply Chain leadership with analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and drive cost savings initiatives.
  • Support various ad-hoc requests to deliver business insights and enhance decision-making.

Qualifications/ Experience Needed:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
  • ​Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
  • Finance work experience to include a background in financial analysis, planning, or program finance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Establishes good working relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to problem solve and analyze large data sets.
  • Proficiency with OneStream reporting system.
  • Proficiency with Tableau
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
