Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Manager of Digital, Social and Campaigns located in Austin,TX or US Remote.
Reporting to the Director of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications, the Manager of Digital, Social and Campaigns will spearhead our digital and social channel strategy and execution to support integrated marketing and communications plans and priorities. Flex’s commercial marketing and communications team builds awareness and consideration of the company’s end-to-end product differentiation across diverse industries, and manages sales enablement. In this position, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans for Flex.com and social media platforms to drive awareness and consideration of Flex’s differentiation across diverse markets.
This role also involves leading campaign program management for cross-business unit campaigns to support key enterprise growth strategies. You will ensure that project milestones stay on track by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and establishing forums for business and team collaboration. Strong capabilities in digital and social best practices, tools, technologies, and exceptional writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work across functional disciplines and manage diverse stakeholder engagements..
What a typical day looks like:
- Digital and Social Strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Flex.com and social media platforms
- Campaign Program Management: Oversee the management of cross-business unit campaigns that align with key enterprise growth strategies. Ensure project milestones are met, manage status and reporting, and follow best practices for efficient communications and collaboration.
- Content Development: Craft compelling digital content and messages that effectively communicate Flex's end-to-end product differentiation and drive awareness and consideration in target markets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across functional teams and business unit partners to ensure alignment and integration of messaging and campaign initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Contribute to the establishment of key performance indicators, and ongoing reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Best Practices and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest digital and social media trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into strategic planning and execution.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management, preferably within regulated industries or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital strategies that drive brand awareness and consideration.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including emerging technologies, with a strong understanding of digital and social media best practices.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
