About This Role:

Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Manager, Digital Centric Commercialization Marketing with expertise in omnichannel and digital marketing. The Manager, Digital Centric Commercialization Marketing will be responsible for the development and execution of commercial digital efforts, managing projects within the omnichannel landscape, and training team members and external partners on digital tools and procedures. This position reports to the Associate Director, Digital Centric Commercialization.

This role is based at Axsome’s HQ in New York City with an on-site requirement of at least three days per week. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles. 

Job Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Support the implementation of comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance customer engagement
  • Provide oversight of the execution and optimization of franchise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web, and mobile
  • Manage the integration and coordination of various digital marketing tools and platforms to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Lead the project management of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Partner with cross functional partners to analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and inform future marketing strategies
  • Provide training and ongoing support to brand team members on digital tools, platforms, and best practices to enhance overall marketing effectiveness
  • Remain up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve processes and strategies

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in; Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM platforms, and project management.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital marketing tools; familiarity with content management systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven coordination and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with precision.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions for strategy optimization.
  • Ability to work on site Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. We are unable to consider candidates who are looking for fully remote roles

Experience, Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven experience in managing omnichannel marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and personalization strategies
  • Strong proficiency with social media platforms, online advertising, and email marketing
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
  • Ability to integrate various marketing channels to create a cohesive customer experience
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
  • Project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Salary and Benefits:

The anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. We encourage candidates of all levels to apply as there may be flexibility on final job title and responsibilities. The salary offer will be based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity and location. Axsome offers a competitive employment package that includes an annual bonus, significant equity and a generous benefits package.
