Manager, Demand Generation

As the Manager of Demand Generation (ABM) at Icertis, you will play a pivotal role in driving pipeline acceleration and growth by developing and executing strategic ABM initiatives aligned with our business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of multichannel ABM campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth through targeted account engagement.  #LI-RS1  #LI-Remote 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive ABM strategies to drive personalized, targeted engagement, meetings, and pipeline from high-priority enterprise accounts within the Financial Services and Technology verticals. 
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution of ABM strategies in the AMER region.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, email, content, direct mail, events and more — coordinating creative and channel resources.
  • Partner closely with the marketing team to align ABM initiatives with broader marketing and sales strategies and collaborate with integrated marketing, content, and design teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Track campaign metrics, provide regular reporting on ABM program performance and use data-driven insights to identify trends, optimize campaign strategies, and improve outcomes to ensure a seamless experience for target accounts.

 

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 2+ years in ABM, preferably with a B2B SaaS company
  • Proficiency in Advanced Marketing tools: Marketo or other marketing automation solutions, 6Sense, Salesforce, and gifting platforms
  • Strong understanding of sales alignment, ICP development, intent data, and campaign orchestration best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch and optimize multi-channel campaigns that directly influence pipeline and revenue.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and leverage data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to rally cross-functional teams around a shared account strategy.
  • Experience in the financial services, banking, insurance, technology or software industry is preferred, contract lifecycle management knowledge is a major bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience

Salary range and description

Min $105,000 - Max $130,000 USD per year plus 8% annual bonus target

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
