The Role
We’re looking for a Manager of Data Strategy to join our fast-growing Technology team here at Wpromote. In the role, you’ll help Wpromote performance marketers and their clients extract more insight and performance from their data by planning, prioritizing, and orchestrating multi-channel data projects end-to-end. You’ll support a diverse portfolio of clients, and consult on a variety of data solutions unique to our clients’ Martech stack and business objectives. You’ll guide clients and client teams in building a comprehensive data model and taxonomy that can serve as an omnichannel single source of truth for marketing performance and analysis. You’ll also craft data solutions in partnership with technical experts in analytics tagging and configuration, data engineering, and reporting, and data analysis to maximize data utility through our services and apps in Polaris, Wpromote’s marketing intelligence platform.

We offer:

The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
