Onsite are roles that have specific onsite requirements and are typically onsite daily.
Hybrid fixed are roles that are a blend of onsite work/in-person interactions with some ability to work remotely and require employees to live within a commutable distance and be onsite fixed days each week.
Hybrid flexible are roles that can be performed remotely but require some level of onsite work/in-person interactions on a regular basis, require employees to live within a commutable distance and, since business needs vary by position and may change over time, managers will set expectations and flexibility regarding where and when work is performed.
Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary
The Manager Security Programs is a direct report to the Director Corporate Security Programs and manages the day to day operations of specific security programs and functions, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, overseeing projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of security strategies across the organization.
This position will have oversight of the following programs & functions for the department: Security Command Center & Regulatory Operations, Corporate Security Training, WPV Prevention, Security Risk Assessment, NERC Access & Compliance Controls, Intelligence analytics & reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing the operation of PSEG’s security command centers, including strategic direction, budgeting and ensuring compliance with regulatory and line of business requirements, inclusive of ~50 contractors monitoring over 240 sites
- Oversee corporate identification card program, including production and distribution, management of physical access privileges and company facilities, and the maintenance of records to fulfill auditing and regulatory requirements
- Assuring compliance with NERC, TSA, BPU, and FERC regulations, among others
- Manage and oversee the Corporate Security Training Program for the Enterprise
- Oversee and provide directional oversight of PSEG’s Workplace Violence Prevention Program and is responsible for the oversight, development, and execution of the behavioral threat assessment activities, assessment methodologies, and cross-functional partnerships
Job Specific Qualifications
Required
- BA/BS degree in relevant field and 7 years of relevant experience, in lieu of a degree, 10 years experience
- Knowledge of NERC critical infrastructure protection standards, TSA pipeline security guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley, BPU and FERC regulation
- Knowledge of physical security information management systems
- Must be and maintain NERC CIP & 810 Compliance for this position
- Knowledge of security protocols, best practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage employees at all levels
- Strong safety acumen, with demonstrated good judgement under pressure and with short notice
- Demonstrated ability to interface and influence internal and external partners at all levels
- Experience conducting security assessments and developing action plans to address vulnerabilities to mitigate risk
- Valid US driver's license as travel to company locations is required
- A valid Real ID or an approved forms of alternate documentation (https://www.pseg.com/IDrequirement) is required for this job. Successful candidate must provide appropriate documentation to meet access requirements within 30 days of hire
