Position SummaryOversees the planning, development, and execution of internal and/or external communications efforts associated with assigned program for the Department of Neurology. Drives efforts to create awareness, understanding, engagement, acceptance and adoption of new programs, systems and/or associated processes.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor communications plans in support of internal and/or external communications strategies for the Department of Neurology.
• Participate in stakeholder outreach, establishing measurable objectives, assessing results and making recommendations.
• Manage the day-to-day implementation of communications in support of various programs, projects and/or initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in communications, messaging, and visual branding.
• Prepare communications (speeches, presentations, briefings, web content articles, etc.) for a variety of internal and/ or external audiences.
• May manage assigned staff
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range$65,900.00 - $112,700.00 / Annually

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
