The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:

RTX has an opening for Manager Business Systems and Transformation).  We are seeking a skilled and experienced person to join our digital organization to support our SAP Corporate, Global Mobility  and Research Center Systems. 

This is a pivotal role in support of Corporate and Enterprise Services. Your expertise collaborating across digital and functions workstreams, design and configuration, and executive communication will be essential  to the ongoing support of our SAP environment. This position requires strong technical proficiency in systems and processes specifically aligned to Treasury and Finance, including.

Qualification you must have:

• BS or BA Degree in Math, Finance, Accounting, Engineering with 8 or more  years of experience/knowledge in SAP Treasury; ability to design, configure and test core FI/CO , Treasury, Cost Centers, and Purchasing

• Application deliverables  including  the technical requirements documentation, development/build, and end to end testing.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across business areas, technical team, and leaders including strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

• Problem solving ability though SAP environments, applications, and integration points

• Ability to understand and analyze client business requirements.

Qualification we prefer:

• Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana

• Core/Six Sigma/Agile  knowledge (process standardization)

• Network and connectivity problem solving

• Business controls and SOX

• Business acquisition and Divesture knowledge with a CPA

This role is also eligible for the Re-Empower Program. Minimum Program Qualifications:

To qualify for the RTX, Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

• Be on a career break of one or more year at time of application

• Have prior experience in functional area of interest

• Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
