Alteryx is searching for a Manager, Governance Analytics & Infrastructure. This position is remote-friendly.

Position Overview:

As the Governance & Infrastructure Manager on the Alteryx Data Management & Operations team, you will play a key role in an innovative, forward-thinking team. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing a top-tier enterprise data analytics ecosystem, implementing cutting-edge governance processes, and driving continuous improvements for a leading analytics company. You will collaborate closely with the Data and Analytics team, business partners, and key stakeholders to enhance features and functionalities in our environments, delivering well-crafted solutions and processes that the Alteryx team can trust. Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Governance and Infrastructure professionals supporting the enterprise analytic environment (Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, DataHub) for our entire Alteryx team to promote data-driven decision making

• Promote customer-centric business support and continuously improve our user experience

• Proactive sprint planning and organization in Jira to ensure the team is meeting and consistently maintaining their delivery KPIs

• Own the team roadmap by translating strategic initiatives into epics and breaking out user stories to plan, organize, and execute deliverables on time and on budget

• Align team member goals and objectives with strategic company initiatives

• Work closely with our Data & Analytics teams to jointly deliver on our overarching data strategy initiatives

• Nurture relationships and form partnerships with our Legal and Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with internal/external requirements and standards, including data privacy, GDPR, DPIAs, and other legal compliance, as well as adherence to data management lifecycle requirements

• Support the growth and development of team members in their career paths

• Be fanatical about the data analytics space and help evangelize our work, team, and Alteryx as a whole!
