This role is remote-friendly
The Manager, Analytics leads the implementation of data-driven solutions for clients – including report automation, analysis and insight – with the objective of optimizing the performance of digital marketing projects. You will work together with a director to manage data and insight delivery processes, drive innovation, and ensure all around team success.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is execution-focused, able to deliver under time timelines, and manage data challenges in digital media and marketing. Your success requires the ability to manage complexity while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
You will work with internal Dentsu teams (including Media Planning, Buying, and Creative), and with team members within the client team, as a Media Analytics subject matter expert
You will lead, and mentor, a team of Analysts and Junior Analysts, ensuring that they achieve client expectations, and helping the team members grow and become more engaging Analysts
Understand primary marketing and media challenges facing client teams, and develop relevant campaign measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, identify in-flight optimization levers, and identify insights and future testing opportunities
Adopt a Test and Learn mindset, develop test plans, work with teams to execute tests, and aggregate insights from test results to shape media strategy
Ensure understanding between daily analytics support & approved measurement frameworks
Translate client’s business questions into Analytics project requirements
Analyze media campaign performance data and translate complex technical and data-intensive findings into simpler terms for non-technical audiences
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audience
Participate in team-wide culture of learning by staying current on current industry trends, developments in methodologies and technologies
You will report to the Director, Analytics.
Qualifications:
3+ years' analytics experience in a data-driven agency environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related quantitative field, required.
Knowledge of paid media (including 1st/2nd/3rd Party data, Programmatic Buying, Direct Buys, Paid Social, and Paid Search)
Experience with data visualization skills, Tableau preferred
Excellent analytical skills
The ability to communicate complex data challenges and insights to a range of audiences is necessary
Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit, and a desire to lead and help others achieve their full potential
Experience in MS Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
