What you will be doing in the role of Manager, 3-Day Event Marketing

The Manager, 3-Day Event Marketing is responsible for supporting programs and internal communications to amplify the Komen brand and drive revenue through our P2P events, focused on 3-Day. Working closely with staff, they will strategically direct the 3-Day marketing efforts, focused on participation and fundraising. This role works in collaboration with other marketing team members to advance programming, content development, and production functions to support the goals of the 3-Day event series. Additionally, provides day-to-day management of all marketing projects and supports the 3-Day event series and other initiatives as required.

What you will bring to the table 

  • Lead marketing strategies in support of 3-Day event goals by providing creative solutions, execution support and ensuring all materials support the overall brand strategy and guidelines of Komen.
  • Directly manages the strategic plans that support revenue generation through event participation and fundraising for the 3-Day series.
  • Works daily with cross-functional teams to guide marketing efforts that support fundraising, participation, and external partnerships.
  • Works collaboratively with all members of the marketing team, ensuring the Komen brand is represented appropriately throughout the event series.
  • Works directly in our marketing traffic system to set up, project manage and report on all tasks related to the 3-Day series.
  • Works across teams to gather, analyze and report on marketing data.
