As the MI Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that the HAAS workstream owners have the necessary reports and dashboards to successfully deliver the services in alignment with our contractual requirements.

You will be reporting directly into the Head of Performance and Workforce Planning.
 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the successful deployment of the overall MI solution required in readiness for Operational Services Commencement Date (OSCD)
  • Act as MI Lead in all internal and external meetings
  • In conjunction with assigned Project Manager, develop a detailed implementation plan and document dependencies, risks, and issues.
  • In conjunction with workstream owners identify MI reporting requirements during operations across all benefit types
  • Identify reports currently available and reports that require development.
  • Oversee requirements gathering, development, testing and documentation of MI Reports
  • Accountable for the timely and accurate provision of MI reporting to HAAS workstream leads.
  • Act as MI Lead in all internal and external meetings
  • In conjunction with the workstream leads identify on-going MI reporting requirements and oversee development, testing and documentation.
  • In conjunction with Business Analyst ensure all processes and procedures in relation to MI are documented, tested, and deployed.

 

What you’ll need to do the role:

  • Have excellent communication, presentational and visualisation skills.
  • An understanding of MI analysis products including IBM Cognos and Power Bi
  • A desire and track record in innovating solutions (including streamlining process and continuous improvement).
  • Must be able to demonstrate good analytical skills and a logical approach to problem solving.
  • A keen eye for accuracy, a desire to deliver reliability and support a high performing team.
  • The ability to take full responsibility for a range of data sources, processes, and stakeholder delivery in a pro-active manner.
  • Ability to train others, sharing best practice, skills, and knowledge.
