What You Will Do:
The Mako Robotics Technical Clinical Analyst (TCA) provides highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems. The TCA checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment and instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. This position also serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects and interprets customers’ needs and clarifies if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, customer support reps, or engineers.
In addition to maintaining an assigned localized Field Service Territory, the TCA will support nationally providing high-level technical analysis of inconsistent clinical results, execute training of team members, and deliver standardized report outs to senior leadership. The TCA will work closely in accordance with our Fort Lauderdale-based Mako Robotics training and engineering teams to maintain critical level of robotic procedure knowledge, driving the success of our global install base.
Additional responsibilities may require you to:
- Repair, maintain, operate, and clinically use Stryker robotic systems and instrumentation, and schedule and perform required preventive maintenance visits.
