Overview
Summary
The Maintenance Contract Analyst is an organized, detail-oriented individual to work within C1’s systems in support of contracts, invoices, manufacturers, 3rd party vendors and the C1 practices. This individual will interface with other teams such as Finance, Sales, Accounting, CSC Operations, Maintenance Quoters, Region MASR’s and Purchasing. The role requires a critical knowledge of C1’s processes, price quotes, C1 financial systems, concepts, practices, and procedures. The position will build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, manufacturers and other internal departments involved in the C1 Retail, Wholesale, 3rd Party and Maintenance and Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Builds, enters, and renews software support, in-house, Retail and 3rd party contracts in Alert database
- Coordinates closely with Accounting department to resolve contracts that have issues such as terms, pricing, billing, adjustments, etc.
- Coordinates with NAM/MASR/Purchasing on recast of SA/CD/Wholesale contracts for C1 revenue and cost credits
- Utilizes the detailed Audit reports to ensure contract accuracy in Alert
- Updates Alert contracts that expire and/or posts changes such as bill to, ship to, terms, pricing, etc.
- Counsels Sales, Accounting and Collections with an understanding of support contracts and enters recast contracts
- Processes vendor orders and issues purchase orders
- Coordinates and reconciles billing issues with vendors as needed
- Maintains a knowledge of current C1 Maintenance Offers and those of C1 Vendors such as Avaya, Cisco, etc.
- Prioritizes tasks to meet expectations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 4 years degree
- 3 or more years’ experience evaluating and reviewing maintenance or managed service contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Independent decision making
Desired/Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Alert database experience

Pay Rate
$50,000 - $75,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
