MAGTF C2 Contract Training Manager

This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.
Prevailance is seeking an experienced Contract Training Manager to lead training operations, courseware development, and instructional updates in support of Marine Air-Ground Task Force Command and Control (MAGTF C2). This role requires expertise in instructional design, training schedule oversight, and personnel management within a complex and dispersed training environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operational Air Command and Control (AC2) units and military schoolhouses. Travel will be required.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all training, courseware/product development, revisions, and updates
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training products by applying Instructional Design principles
- Approve training schedules, monitor adherence to training plans, and ensure schedules support concurrent and dispersed training environments
- Assign, coordinate, and delegate leadership roles for all training events
- Designate team members to participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCB), Program Reviews, Meetings, Working Groups, and Technical Reviews
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, recommending replacements to the government when required
- Review and approve Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) before submission
- Submit reports as outlined in CDRL B001-B006 and B008 within the required timeline
- Provide oversight of team travel and submit travel requests to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for approval
Experience:
- 15 years of combined experience leading operational AC2 units and military schoolhouses
- Strong knowledge of United States Marine Corps (USMC) Air Command and Control (AC2) processes and procedures
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience in a management position
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain classified access eligibility
