Description

Connect high-end clients with premium travel experiences. Make outbound calls, qualify leads, and book luxury flights including business-class, first-class, and private jets. Combine sales skills with top-tier service to deliver seamless, personalized travel solutions. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Use a dialer system to make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers
  • Qualify leads and present tailored travel opportunities
  • Present FlyLuxury's premium flight services and packages, close sales, and set appointments
  • Coordinate and manage bookings for business-class, first-class, and all relevant bookings
  • Manage all follow-up communications (email, text, phone calls) to maintain warm leads
  • Track and report on sales activity and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Assist the marketing team with outbound campaigns and promotions to drive bookings
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering seamless, personalized service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, loyalty programs, and luxury flight offerings
  • Handle sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in sales, travel booking, or a customer-facing luxury service role
  • Familiarity with dialer systems and outbound calling processes
  • Background in GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • A polished, professional demeanor and a passion for luxury travel
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
