- Work from home role - 20hrs per week, 5 shifts available Mon-Fri, between 8.30am and 5pm
- Paid, in person training in our Wollongong Office from the 25th November (1 week)
- Monthly connection days required - just one shift per month, in our Wollongong (or Parramatta) office

About The Role
As a Loyalty Sales Consultant, you will call recent guests of Accor, inviting them to a FREE night stay at our hotels. In addition to the free stay, guests can also enjoy up to 50% off Accor room bookings & dinning, if they agree to sign up to our Loyalty Member Program.
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will be part of the Accor Plus Sales team, helping grow the Accor Plus Membership program across Australia. More specifically, you will:
- Make outbound calls from your home, to verified leads, who have stayed at an Accor hotel
- Use Accor Plus sales techniques to discover needs & close sales
- Ask our customers & members for any referrals they’d like to recommend
About You
Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person, who loves connecting with customers over the phone. To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be confident making outbound calls, to recent guests of Accor Hotels
- Excited about working in a sales environment, with achievable targets & uncapped commissions
- Able to attend the mandatory in-person training at our Wollongong office from Monday the 25th of November to Friday the 29th (5 working days), from 9am to 3.30pm. Please note, training is mandatory, and dates are non-negotiable.
- Comfortable coming to the Wollongong (or Parramatta) office once per week for your first 4 weeks post training, and then just once per month after your first month on the job
