What will you be doing?

As a member of the Loyalty FSP (Frequent Shopper Program) knowledge center, you will:

  • Provide asset-specific coaching and training along with ad hoc subject matter expertise to support both internal and external clients
  • Contribute to the delivery of consulting projects for manufacturers, retailers, and manufacturer-retailer collaborations
  • Play an active role supporting the full Gateway sales cycle; teams can call for your support in the selling, onboarding, and engagement phases with manufacturers, as well as in contract renewals and upselling
  • Collaborate with fellow Circana and RMC (Retail Manufacturer Collaboration) teams including: commercial sales, Value Delivery, Supply Chain Knowledge Center, and Media Knowledge Center
  • Support achieving the team’s objectives to show value to our clients

Job Responsibilities

Provide asset-specific coaching and training along with ad hoc subject matter expertise

  • Organize asset-specific client orientation and training
  • Provide FSP coaching to internal teams
  • Demonstrate the value of Gateways to customers and internal teams by engaging and providing deep asset-specific expertise

Delivery of consulting projects

  • Support projects to drive Retail insights team integration into retailer processes
  • Attend working sessions with client, answering FSP specific questions and running demos

Supporting the full Gateway sales cycle

  • Organize pre-sales information sessions to drive the sales cycle
  • Curate content during the sales phase to align on FSP value proposition
  • Attend pitch meetings and provide FSP expertise

Collaborate with fellow Circana and RMC teams

  • Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with all Circana business units
  • Own specific Loyalty FSP cases studies, case study templates, and ROI analysis
  • Lead analytics, insights, and report interpretation on collaborative projects

Show value to our clients

    • Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against loyalty knowledge center initiatives
    • Develop customization for gateway reports, workflows

Requirements

  • 4-5 requirements a candidate should have to be considered for the role
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant experience with retailer loyalty, grocery, CPG, or general merchandise
  • 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications
  • 2+ years of experience learning and utilizing various computer software (Unify experience preferred), including Microsoft Excel to plan and execute

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $64,000.00 to $100,000.00.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
