What will you be doing?

As a member of the Loyalty FSP (Frequent Shopper Program) knowledge center, you will provide asset specific coaching and training, and provide ad hoc expertise and support internally and externally to clients. You will contribute on the delivery of consulting projects, which can be Manufacturing focused, or Subject Matter Expert on Retail Driven projects or cross functional Manufacturing/Retail. 

You play an active supporting role in the full Gateway Sales cycle and the teams can call for your support in the selling phase, the onboarding, engagement phase with the manufacturers or in renewals or upselling.

 

You will work closely together with the commercial sales teams in the Retail Gateway team, and with the Value Delivery team and Knowledge Centers for Supply Chain and Media. 

 

You will support achieving the team’s objectives to show value to our clients. 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • You will engage with and provide deep asset-specific expertise to customers and internal teams to help demonstrate the value of Gateways
  • Organize pre-sales session – information sessions to drive the sales cycle
  • Own specific Loyalty FSP cases studies, case study templates, and ROI analysis
  • Use your expertise to develop customization and gateway functionality (reports/workflows), and for collaborative projects (lead analytics / insights) and report interpretation
  • Organize asset-specific client orientation and training
  • Curate content during the sales phase to align on FSP value proposition – attend pitch meetings and provide FSP expertise
  • Provide FSP coaching to internal teams
  • Attend working sessions with client, answering FSP specific questions and running demos
  • Support projects to drive Retail insights team integration into retailer processes
  • Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against loyalty knowledge center initiatives
  • Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with all Circana business units

 

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree 

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with Retailer Loyalty, Groceries, CPG or GM
  • 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant applications.
  • 10+years of experience learning and utilizing various computer software(Unify experience preferred), including Microsoft Excel to plan and execute

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.  An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $84,000.00 to $145,000.00.
