Loan Support Analyst Sr

As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, you will perform due diligence requirements for various loan types and collateral types, utilizing a matrix of requirements. This consists of working with our internal market partners and third party vendors to obtain and review things such as UCC search for non-real estate collateral, entity documents such as operating agreements and good standing searches, insurance holds on deposit account collateral, real estate title commitments and/or property reports.
It is preferred to have experience with ACBS, CSX, and Excel.
Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST.
Additional Information:
- Independently and proactively manage a pipeline including consistent follow up with internal and external partners as needed.
- Creates and maintains legal document files required for complex transactions.
- Timely satisfaction of all required due diligence for complex transactions following standard operating procedures. Interacts professionally with internal and external contacts to gather necessary information. Identifies exceptions, escalates when necessary and resolves appropriately.
- Participates in calls with internal contacts to ensure accuracy of information between approvals and core systems. Effective escalation, as appropriate.
- Achieve and maintain established quality thresholds.
- Follow all established job aids and procedures including appropriate evidencing within shared drives and source systems.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
Job Description- Executes varied and complex transactions/processes utilizing standard procedures. May have specific responsibility for one or multiple specialized products or functional areas. May have responsibility for larger, more complex or sensitive assigned accounts or portfolio.
- Processes and/or reconciles varied and complex transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and/or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio.
- Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions. May assist with training/coaching of new hires. May serve as a subject matter resource for the team.
- Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
- Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
