Loan Support Analyst Sr. - Commercial Lending Organization (Asset Backed Finance)

Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am EST - 5:00 pm EST.
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
• Exposure to ACBS
• Wire transfer experience
• Loan administration experience, with an emphasis on application of
payments
• Account reconciliation experience
• Excel spreadsheet familiarity
• Loan Servicing Experience
• Commercial Loan Knowledge
• Operations Experience
As a Loan Support Analyst Sr, you will service a portfolio of clients or compete parts deals where you will be instructed by agent banks on what do. Part of servicing a portfolio of clients consists of, but is not limited to, incoming payments, advances, loan conversions, rate rollovers and all general maintenance for their loans.
You can expect to start the day with any high priority items from the day prior, if any high priority items were not completed the previous day. You will be expected to conduct due diligence for advances, review notices and input advances into the system before releasing advances. You can also expect to complete rate roll overs and move payments.
In this role, you will follow up with notices from agent banks, balance general ledgers and proactively manage your portfolio of clients to ensure a smooth client experience for the agent bank and customers.
