WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Administrative Support:
- Provide daily support to the Head of Comedy Clubs, duties include, but are not limited to:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Assist with candidate interview process for open operations positions (travel booking + schedule creation)
- Monthly expense management for Head of Comedy Clubs
- Invoice processing for Head of Comedy Clubs
- Organize & generate reports on social media reviews through Reputology
- Create PowerPoint pitch/bid decks for potential partners and external third parties
- Assist in new menu rollouts, mandate lists, and follow up on venue progress for F&B Team
- Maintain and update organizational charts and contact information for ā¦
