A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Creates and updates training records, training materials and training documents.
  • Responsible for the administration & maintenance of training & development systems (LMS) & sites (intranet) including performing data input; creating/updating communications, courses and materials/resources; and generating reports.
  • Builds training courses in Workday and completes end-to-end testing.
  • Provides coordination support for all learning & development (L&D) initiatives.
  • Partners with Corporate Communications to create, update and maintain L&D intranet pages.
  • Troubleshoots escalated system issues and implements solutions to resolve root cause issues.
  • Assigns, tracks and follows-up on compliance training; Completes periodic compliance training audits.
  • Defines and documents L&D workflows and processes.
  • Develops reports and data analysis that leads to identifiable action items.
  • Creates training surveys, collects feedback and creates summary analysis of results with recommendations.
  • Responsible for new user access setup in engagement and recognition systems.
  • Provides coordination and administrative support for annual engagement survey and follow-on activities.
  • Coordinates vendor partnerships and manages contract routing and approval process.
  • Partners in drafting and distributing training & development communications to employees and marketing training courses/programs.
  • Assists in managing team budget and inventory.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

YOU’RE AWESOME AT:

1. Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects with tight deadlines, with an ability to shift responsibilities/priorities as needed.
  • Familiar with employee engagement, rewards & recognition programs, and HR responsibilities preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong computer skills; with experience with multi-media communications and project management systems. Agility in learning new systems and software.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Positive approach to customer service including resolving employee questions and requests.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems including UKG and/or Workday.

2. Minimum certifications/educational level:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Human Resources, Admin, Training, General Administration).

3. Minimum Experience:

  • 2 years relevant experience working with Learning Management or related systems and/or supporting Learning & Development teams.
  • Experience with either UKG or Workday LMS as a system administrator or in an administrative role (creating & uploading content) capacity required.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting base pay range for this position is $27.40 - $34.23 per hour. Base pay will vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may also fluctuate depending on candidate’s location and the overall job market.

**This is a temporary position. As a temporary employee you will be employed through a staff agency partner. Benefits during your temporary assignment may be provided by the staffing agency. Access to Tandem sponsored benefits is contingent upon conversion from temporary to regular full-time status.  Conversion is determined based upon business need and job performance.
