LMS Administrator

Founded in 1997, and providing nationwide services, ASG has teams based in Northern California, Los Angeles, the New York Tri-State Area, the Southeastern US, and the Rocky Mountain Region. We are looking for:  Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to join our high-performing team serving our clients. This role will be a remote full time position Responsibilities:  

• Creates and manages the overall course structure and sets up courses and programs based on specifications from the L&D team.
• Manages course enrollment including progress tracking, usernames and logins, required course assignments, etc.
• Uses tools for ongoing access to learning information; generates standard and custom reports.
• Collaborates with stakeholders on training needs and requirements.
• Creates and updates resources to inform and support learners on how to use the technology for training access, delivery, completion, tracking and reporting.
• Serves as a point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with the LMS vendor and other vendor support services.
• Remains current with technology and updates as it applies to LMS software and systems.
• Manages community areas within the LMS including functionality, appearance, tabs, and settings.
• Maintains procedures and adheres to policies to ensure the security and integrity of systems/networks.
• Writes and maintains documentation that supports procedures and policy requirements.
• Identifies opportunities for process and quality improvements.
• Recommends solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure outcomes to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:  

• 3-5 years of experience managing an LMS or working in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of e-learning tools, content authoring software, and learning technologies.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of learning management best practices, data security, and compliance requirements.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.

 Compensation & Benefits:Compensation range for this position is $43-$53/hour.
