Litigation Paralegal
US - US - Remote
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support attorneys in a variety of ways including phases of litigation, research, discovery, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone with strong multitasking abilities and a passion for working in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with coordinating discovery, disclosures, research, and administrative items such as calendaring.
- Conduct legal research, draft summaries, and compile case information.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years working as a paralegal supporting litigation and discovery matters within the areas of commercial, civil or business litigation.
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally.
- Proficient in legal research databases (LexisNexis, Westlaw) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Available full time - 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Has worked directly in a large law firm setting as a paralegal.
- Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Relativity and comfortable utilizing other technology platforms.
- Detail oriented and organized with time management and multitasking skills.
- Experience managing document collection efforts and document review.
- Candidate preferably located in Arizona or West Coast jurisdiction, but not required.
Compensation, Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $85,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
