About the Role:

As part of the Marketing team, you’ll be a key player in driving Aura’s customer communication channels, deploying efforts against prospecting, retention and lapsed customers. This role requires a CLM guru with experience in setting up, running and measuring campaigns in collaboration with members of the CLM team, the larger marketing org and key cross-functional partners. This person must be an excellent project manager who feels comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver results-oriented customer marketing programs. You will implement, monitor, and optimize email marketing campaigns, launch and manage A/B tests, and analyze and synthesize results. This position is essential to the day-to-day operations of our marketing team and will directly contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business!

Key Skills:

  • Build and execute multi-channel campaigns using our ESP (Braze), to drive new subscribers and current subscriber retention across all lines of the Aura business. Report on the effectiveness of these campaigns to internal stakeholders.
     

  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and campaign goals and partner with the VP of CLM on proposed strategies to deliver on KPIs.
     

  • Set up campaigns for effective measurement including clean test & control groups and regularly track performance with the mindset of continuing to optimize and ideate to drive new subscribers and CLTV
     

  • Take direct ownership of daily, weekly and monthly campaign metrics and partner with marketing analytics to create necessary dashboards to monitor performance insights
     

  • Own the full deployment process of creatives, partnering with PMM, creative, and legal on message approval. Utilize our MarTech stack to code, QA and deploy messaging.
     

  • Be a champion of best-in-class email and CLM messaging tactics staying abreast of the latest trends and tools to help drive the next generation of Aura’s customer messaging
