Job Description:

Functional Responsibilities: May lead or assist senior team members in the completion of all audits, regulatory, and market conduct examination requests from the client as well as internal DXC audits and examination requests received from regulatory bodies. Additional project management support will be required for all new laws, regulations, data pulls and client testing as identified by Compliance. Performs routine review of team mailboxes and responds to requests/issues identified by processing teams. Position will perform work associated with legal research, collection of requested legal materials, and other duties as assigned. Continuously develops and revises documentation or procedures in relation to all team functions, workflows, and processes.

Under Minimal Supervision: This position requires an individual that is self-starting, has an eagerness to learn, and the ability to function as a resource in multiple areas critical to the success of the Compliance and Risk Management organization for Alliance One. Work may be performed independently or jointly with team members and subject matter experts. Experience with contract processing, privacy, risk, and legal knowledge is strongly desired. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a variety of business partners and stakeholders is also strongly desired. Solid organizational skills are a plus. Must work effectively with others and have a desire to succeed in a virtual team atmosphere.

Requirements:

-Experience with internal DXC processing systems housing client data and client product knowledge (1 year preferred) or similar systems used for insurance processing. Ability to learn and effectively navigate new mainframe applications.

-Project management skills

-Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams).

-Must possess the skills necessary to request system data by means of research queries and the ability to quantify or reconcile system data in relation to Life and Annuity contracts.

-Ability to write clear instructions and develop procedural documentation.

-Excellent oral and written communication skills (English).

Must have Indefinite Valid US Work Permit
