Lido Labs is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic marketing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, this role is a critical player in driving the success of our performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing paid media campaigns to meet ambitious company goals and maximise return on investment. Candidates should have career experience in over 200+ brands across Meta and other platforms and the ability to manage $100K+ in monthly ad spend per client.

As a Senior Media Buyer, you will take ownership of the full lifecycle of media buying, from campaign creation and management to performance analysis and optimization. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with a strong command of digital advertising and the ability to execute with precision in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

This role is a full-time position with flexibility for US Pacific Time overlap.

The perfect candidate will be a key player in the marketing team, using their media buying know-how to plan and run top-notch performance marketing campaigns that match the company goals. 

This role needs a good grasp of digital advertising, the ability to fine-tune campaigns for the best results, and a commitment to achieving measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

🧾Plan, launch, and manage a portfolio of paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand guidelines.

📦 Continuously optimise campaign performance by testing and refining strategies for budget allocation, audience targeting, creatives, and copy.

📑 Collaborate with Creative Strategist to source fresh and compelling ad creatives on a daily basis, ensuring a steady flow of new content for campaigns.

💼 Accurately track and upload revenue and cost data daily, maintaining precise and up-to-date reports for the leadership team.

📊 Analyze campaign performance metrics across multiple platforms, identifying trends and insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.

🗓️ Provide daily performance reports to the Leadership Team, offering actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

🧾Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to paid advertising campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.

📑 Participate in weekly meetings with digital marketing consultants, implementing new strategies and testing emerging opportunities, platforms, and channels in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time role with a bit of overlap for Central and Pacific Time. During the training/onboarding period, there's a bit more flexibility needed as the main trainer is on Pacific Time. They will appreciate your understanding and flexibility during this period.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅5-7 years of hands-on experience in media buying, with expertise in managing 200+ Facebook accounts over the course of their career.

✅ Experience with a diverse roster of client brands including Ecommerce and DTC Marketing on Meta

✅ Solid experience working in fast-paced corporate or agency environments, managing multiple brands and campaigns simultaneously.

✅ Deep understanding of key advertising metrics (CPA, CPM, ROAS, LTV) and a data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization.

✅Strong critical thinking skills, with an exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and campaign management.

✅Highly organised with excellent time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities effectively.

✅ Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.

✅ Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities and new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

✅A commitment to accountability, embracing both successes and challenges, and a willingness to take initiative in solving problems.
