PAY DETAILS: $20 per hour
The pay will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: Travel is minimal, out-of-the-area and overnight travel is not expected.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
BSN SPORTS is currently seeking a Licensing Specialist to join our growing team at our Farmers Branch, TX headquarters. The role will serve as a key point of contact for BSN Sales teammates, Collegiate Select team members, and other cross-functional teams at BSN. It will require an individual who is self-motivated, passionate about customer service, can effectively and efficiently operate in a CRM environment, driven to achieve performance metrics as defined by the organization and extremely detail oriented to produce high-quality results.
The Licensing Specialist will report to the Licensing Manager and will be a critical role in the company’s growth strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Address and resolve daily intake requests from BSN Sales Professionals related to licensing
- Act as the primary resource with other Licensing Specialist teammates for questions related to licensing artwork, licensing approvals, rules and regulations
- Handle Sales Professional requests that involve multiple interactions and follow ups to resolution
- Deliver results based on target objectives of time to submission, time to respond, and time to resolve
- Participate and engage in best practices with other teammates to build on a culture of continuous improvement and customer service
- Be empowered to identify areas for improvement, communicate those opportunities and participate in actions that result in improved business performance
- Assist the Licensing Manager in the development of training materials for Sales Professionals and other internal teammates
