About the role


Our Licensing Team is core to our business and is responsible for making sure licensing runs smoothly. The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for managing a queue of licensing requests from the licensing team and mailing those requests promptly. Adherence to a strict SLA is required.


We're looking for optimistic self-starters, who work well independently and in a team environment. This role requires performing consistent, routine tasks daily, so we are seeking someone who thrives in a structured and predictable work environment. Compensation for this role is between $18/hr - $23/hr depending on location and level.


What you'll do

  • Review & maintain a queue for completeness and accuracy based on requirements outlined for Licensing by state. 
  • Data entry of various PSV licensure requests - both online & paper
  • Process a high volume of printing with supporting documentation for licensure requests.
  • Ensure timely completion of mailed items based on workload and monitoring of files for completion
  • Communicate with providers to request missing information and answer email correspondence & inquiries from clients. 
  • Additional work with application submissions, email address changes, and various special projects on an as-needed basis
  • Tracking mail delivery via USPS/FedEx mail carriers
  • Coordinating phone calls for email address changes that are time-sensitive.
  • Coordinates with Licensing Specialist to escalate stagnant files
  • Manage PrintScan appointments for providers
  • Completing criminal background checks as directed by provider type and state boards
  • Ability to travel to post office frequently

Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare-related fields with some familiarity with medical licensing.
  • Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, proficient computer literacy
  • Strong customer service/communication skills
  • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving - find solutions to complex requirements
  • Familiarity with USPS and FedEx
  • Ability to travel to mailing carriers
