Responsibilities:

  • Follow all pertinent DocGo Mobile Health policies and procedures

  • Functions as an Operational Workflow Trainer to LVNs regarding DocGo Mobile Health field operations, including, but not limited to, proper documentation utilizing DocGo’s proprietary electronic medical record software, use of DocGo’s proprietary telehealth platform, etc.

  • Works with the supervisory team and operations management staff to ensure continuity, consistency and strong lines of communication.

  • Monitors workflows to inform leadership that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.

  • Regularly oversees site inventory, stocking/and cleanliness to ensure they meet or exceed state requirements in regard to maintenance, equipment, supplies

  • Works with leadership to assist them with hiring recommendations, work scheduling, training needs and budgeting in compliance with federal, state, city, EEOC and Affirmative Action guidelines.

  • Conduct new hire orientation, shadow shift observations and relay operational task completion information to leadership and nursing management.

  • Identify employees with opportunities for improvement professional/personal problems and refer to leadership for follow up as needed.

  • Assist leadership as directed in all areas of Risk Management (incidents, accidents, health and safety, etc.).

  • Assists in completion of Incident Reports, Accident Reports and other documentation as required.

  • Supports Operational management in areas related to ordering supplies, fleet, and training.

  • Supports Operational management to ensure proper communication of all company policies within clinical field operations to all staff members timely and effectively.

  • Attend all available continuing education seminars relevant to this role.

  • Maintain company compliance with OSHA regulations and SB 19.

  • Troubleshoot problems in operational workflows and recommend possible solutions to leadership.

  • Report all problems, information, and/or suggestions regarding the overall operation of the company to the Clinical Supervisor RN.

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.

Clinical Responsibilities:   

  • Provide clinical support to DocGo Mobile Health practitioners related to the medical treatment of the Health Plan Partners patient population.

  • Navigate conversations related to tasks assigned by the DocGo Mobile Health practitioners regarding care of patients.

  • Provide patient care of common medical diagnoses at the direction and under the supervision of DocGo Mobile Health practitioners.

  • Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team.

  • Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics.

  • Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion.

  • Lead with a patient-centered approach.

  • Perform all other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).

  • CA Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) with an acceptable driving record

  • Active and current BLS or ACLS certification required.

  • Must possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work. harmoniously with and supervise other personnel.

  • Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience preferred.

  • Clinical work experience with pediatrics (preferred).
